Our journey began in 2015 under the name Dominion Crimson Group, where we launched a structured mentor–mentee development program offered at no cost to selected learners. The goal was simple yet powerful — to provide guided learning, clarity, and real-world direction to professionals eager to grow but lacking access to quality mentorship. That community-driven foundation shaped our philosophy and continues to influence how we design our programs today.
