Introduction

Welcome to Tezzonix. These Terms of Service govern access to our website and the purchase or use of services provided by Tezzonix, operated by Tezzonmaart Technology Ventures Pvt Ltd. These Terms apply to everyone who uses our services, such as students, individual customers, corporate clients, and authorized users. When you sign up for a program, buy a service, or accept a service agreement, you agree to follow these Terms and our other policies. Sometimes, there may be extra agreements for certain programs or clients. If so, those agreements will apply first if the law allows.

Our Services

Tezzonix provides educational, technological, and professional services, including:

Training and Education: Professional certification preparation, instructor-led training, workshops, educational internships, and practical learning programs.
Digital Marketing: SEO, online advertising, social media marketing, lead generation, and related digital services.
Study-Abroad Consultancy: Educational counseling, university applications, documentation assistance, and related advisory services.
Data Management and IT Services: Data processing, analytics, research data management, technical consulting, and related services.

Service scope, fees, schedules, and deliverables will be communicated through the relevant course description, quotation, proposal, or service agreement. Our services depend on availability and must follow all relevant laws.

Enrolment and Customer Responsibilities

Customers and learners must provide accurate information, valid documents, and any required permissions. Learners should follow the program schedule, finish all learning requirements, and follow Tezzonix’s Student Policy and Learner Guidelines.

Clients should provide the information, approvals, and cooperation needed for the services we agree on. Users must not commit fraud, give false information, harass others, break the law, or use Tezzonix systems and resources without permission. Serious violations can lead to restrictions or ending your access, as allowed by our agreements and the law.

Fees and Payments

We will tell you about all service fees, taxes, and extra charges before you buy anything. Most training programs need to be paid in full when you enroll, unless we offer a different option. There is no separate registration fee unless we tell you before you pay. Payment for professional consulting and project services will follow the terms in their specific agreements.

Fees for external exams, advertising, university applications, visas, and other third-party costs are not included unless we clearly say so. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work, along with any service agreements and the law.

Service Delivery and Outcomes

Tezzonix will do its best to provide services as agreed, following the set scope, schedule, and professional standards. Training recordings, extra sessions, mentorship, and learning resources are only included if we specifically mention them.

Unless explicitly guaranteed under a separate written agreement, Tezzonix does not guarantee:

Success in external certification examinations.
Employment, internships or specific career outcomes.
Particular digital marketing results, sales, leads or search rankings.
University admission, scholarships or visa approval.
Specific business or project outcomes beyond agreed deliverables.

Decisions made by certification bodies, schools, government agencies, or other service providers are outside our control. If there are major changes to agreed services, we will let you know and handle them as required by our contracts and the law.

Intellectual Property, Confidentiality and Data Protection

Tezzonix’s website content, training materials, presentations, branding, and other resources are protected by intellectual property laws. You cannot copy, share, resell, or use these materials for business without permission, unless the law allows it. Information and data owned by clients stay under their control. Both sides must keep confidential information private. We handle personal information according to the Tezzonix Privacy Policy and data protection laws. If needed, we will use separate agreements to cover data management and confidentiality.

Professional Services and Third-Party Platforms

Some services, such as digital marketing, study-abroad consulting, and data management, may require separate agreements. These will explain what is included, who is responsible for what, timelines, payments, and how to end the service.

Clients must provide legal materials and the right permissions. Tezzonix will handle advertising accounts, commissioned work, project results, and client data as agreed.

Tezzonix may use third-party services like payment gateways, advertising platforms, learning systems, and cloud providers. These services have their own terms and policies. Tezzonix remains responsible for its own agreements and legal obligations.

Cancellations, Refunds and Liability

Requests to cancel, get a refund, reschedule, or end a service will follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy, service agreements, and the law. Whether you can get a refund depends on the service, its delivery status, and any conditions we told you about. As allowed by law, Tezzonix is not responsible for indirect or extra losses beyond what we are legally required to cover.

Tezzonix is not responsible for events that are truly beyond our control, unless our contract or the law says otherwise. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, remedies for deficient services or other liability that cannot legally be restricted.

Complaints, Disputes and Policy Updates

If you have a complaint about our services, you can contact us through our official channels. If Indian e-commerce consumer protection rules apply, Tezzonix will confirm your complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within a reasonable time period, as required.

These Terms are governed by Indian law, subject to mandatory protections applicable to particular transactions or jurisdictions. Tezzonix may change these Terms when needed. We will post any updates on our website. Changes will not retrospectively remove accrued contractual or statutory rights.
