Business Development Intern

What You’ll Do:

• Connect with assigned leads via calls, WhatsApp & email

• Explain course offerings and handle basic queries

• Follow up with interested candidates and maintain communication

• Schedule demo sessions / counselling calls

• Update lead status and activity in CRM tools

• Support the team in achieving conversion targets

Key Requirements:

  • Freshers with a BBA/MBA degree or Certification in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Identify, contact, and qualify inbound and outbound leads interested in TEZZONIX certifications and courses.
  • Conduct outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to nurture prospects.
  • Drive conversion from enquiry to enrolment/admission by guiding prospects through the certification sign-up process.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrolment targets.
  • Maintain accurate prospect and sales activity records in the CRM system.
  • Provide weekly updates on leads, conversions, sales pipeline status, and insights to the Sales & Marketing teams.
  • Report to Sales Coordinator/Manager
  • Strong aptitude in academic advising, consultative sales, B2B sales, and the EdTech industry
  • Skilled in building relationships, identifying clients, professionals, and students’ needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Strong Communication skills in Malayalam and English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage tasks effectively
  • Knowledge in Appolo.io, CallerDesk, Zoho, Microsoft Excel, and digital communication tools or similar tools

 Key Responsibilities

  • Completed a Master’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Web Development, or a related field.

The Website Developer Intern at Tezzonix will be responsible for revamping, improving, and maintaining company websites to enhance performance, usability, SEO readiness, and conversion effectiveness.

  • Freshers completed a Master’s, Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or Certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of Agile Scrum process
  • Familiarity with JIRA/TRELLO or similar tools
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Basic Exposure to website development using Wix Studio, WordPress, GoDaddy, etc.
  • Basic SEO/SEM knowledge, Familiarity with Git/GitHub, UI/UX sensibility
  • Experience with performance optimization
  • Understanding of responsive web design, mobile-friendly, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Familiarity with at least one front-end framework or library (React, Angular, Vue, or similar) is a plus.
  • Ability to convert design mockups or wireframes into functional web pages.

  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum is a MUST
